William Thomas Nix

William Thomas Nix was born on March 18, 1939 to the parents of William Harry Nix and Lurlene Todd. He later joined St. Luke AME Zion Church in Pigeon Creek, Alabama. On Thursday, September 28 at 9:56 AM at Crown Healthcare, God called William home.

He was proceeded in death by two brothers Earnest (Dorothy) Nix and Walter Nix, one daughter, Aletha Nix and his grand daughter Nimyhata Bone. Two sons-in-law Curtis Posey and Jesse Mack.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Mattie Bone Nix, one brother Edward (Wilma) Nix, a sister, Annie Jewel (Charlie) Kelley, a sister-in-law Carrie (Walter) Nix, four children: Calandra Posey (Gary Likely), William Lewis Bone, Pamela Bone (Willie James Mack) and San J. Bone. Eight grandchildren: Malave (Semeka) Bone, Ozmodiaz Bone, Nastrotti Bone, Willatti Bone, Kendarial Rhodes, Curjoveon Posey and Curtencia Posey. Eight great grandchildren: Monjaveon Bone, Malaki Bone, BreAsia Bone, Jamari Bone, Presence Bone, Zy’Kira Rhodes, Zariyah Rhodes, and DeMarco Moore, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
